Cascade Yard Company

Our yard was VERY overgrown. We hired Cascade for a big clean up. They were very careful to pull only the weeds and not damage the plants we wanted to keep. Their service was delayed a couple of days due to weather, but they kept us informed ahead of time. I will be scheduling regular service with them from now on. Very pleased with the results.

Cascade Yard Company are responsive, flexible, and willing to put in any time necessary to finish tasks assigned and remain consistent for any work that needs to be completed on a regular basis. They are kind, easy to work with and dedicated to doing a great job and doing it right.

Michael was great, and the crew sent out to do the work was fast and efficient. We had a lot of brush and weed growth in our backyard and side yard, and the guys cleaned it all up in two days. It would likely have taken us a week to do ourselves. Reasonably priced for the work done. It's a pleasure to walk out into my backyard now. I highly recommend Cascade Yard Co.

They were very professional, had various services that suits different people's budget and very honest about their recommendations on yard clean up that I got done for our house .

They showed up on time and finished the work they promised at original cost quoted. I will use them for additional work this spring.

These folks were great. I was in a crunch for time and pulled the trigger on selling my house and was just in a bind. I called them up, and they were incredibly understanding and accommodating. They probably work too hard haha, they came by after work to do the initial review and when they came in the amount of work and the quality they did it with was stellar. Michael and Esteban were professional and knowledgeable. This was a fall clean up with TONS of weeding, mowing, edging and waste disposal. I doubt you will find better value.

On time. Good job. Very reasonable Don't get much better than that.

The company send 2 workers to clean the gutters, they did the job and left without letting me know. I called back the company to ask about them the manager told me he was not sure what happened and was going to call the workers to find out more. Until today they have not contacted me. After a week they sent me the invoice but still has not contacted me!!

I would give them a 10 star rating if I could. They're so easy to work with, easy to communicate with, and deliver a professional result at a reasonable price. I hired them to landscape my yard for selling my house. It was critical to sell my place at the highest price possible. They went far beyond my expectations doing what I requested but making suggestions for increasing value. By far the best , most professional and knowledgeable of any landscaper I've used and the price is so reasonable. Very happy.

I hired them to do some yard spring cleanup, power washing and lawn care. Communication and scheduling went very smoothly and the estimate was clear and accurate. Once they came to my property they were extremely organized and did a great job. My yard has never looked so good.

They are courteous always listening to customer, I kept adding to the list and the reply was "we can do that" worked in pouring rain, kept you informed as they went .

They were very prompt in getting back to me.
