Joe likely saved us $$$, by promptly and expertly repairing leaks in our water line from the well, as a one-man crew. He was eager to help with a few other tasks that he could handle quickly with the mini-excavator. Communication was always prompt and thorough. I hired Joe to repair a trip hazard in my driveway and he did a outstanding job.He also added concrete to my back patio deck to make it a larger deck. He even sealed all the concrete after a acid wash pressure wash. The price was good and the service was fast and excellent. I would definitely hired Joe again for any other project that comes up in the future.

Joe did a great job designing and pouring my patios for the eventual swim spa that will be coming soon. Because there were trees that would be better gone, he called a buddy and got us a great deal on removing the trees, he sorted and organized and acted as a general contractor on a much larger project than we first expected. The finished product is beautiful and of excellent quality. He found a guy who does milling and I ended up with enough cedar siding for another project that I have in the works. Everyone we worked with was professional fast and efficient. In the process of doing the work, the cement truck backed over the lid for my septic tank, rather than getting excited, Joe informed me of what had happened, let me know that he would have it replaced, and followed up on getting it replaced in a timely manner with no stress for me. One of the biggest things that I find when doing a project is that it is hard when people get excited about things that go wrong, I like a person who can make an alternative plan and execute it with ease and Joe is certainly the person for that. So if you are looking for someone who is great with heavy equipment, someone who can think outside of the box, and someone who can give you a better result than you at first expected, I would highly recommend that you contact Joe Dimico of Cascade construction.

Joe Dimico and his crew Ernie and Josh, did a great job on my project. They removed the old double wide driveway, concrete entries, and wooden porches and hauled it all away. Then they poured 2 new porches and a beautiful broom finish driveway. I had them add a small patio on each side of the driveway too (it’s a duplex). Joe’s suggestions for how to incorporate the patios and edge the whole thing were spot on. He and his crew were professional and respectful. They worked hard. Joe is a good teacher too, guiding his crew’s work, expecting a lot and praising them when they succeeded. The price was reasonable, they finished the work promptly and they cleaned up after themselves. I highly recommend Joe and his crew.

Joe and his team were on time and communicated if there were any delays or changes to the work. We had them put in a mini sports court at Foothills Christian School. They were very flexible, working around our needs for students. The finished product looks amazing and the students can't wait to use it! Well worth the time it took to find a respected, hardworking contractor. Worth every penny!

Joe and his team, usually 2 or 3 other hard working guys, were easy to work with and the finished product is great. They did alot of work at my place this summer: replaced my driveway, entry way/steps, and patio. They did a stamped concrete entry way and patio that look awesome. The patio also had some custom footings that had to be pre-poured for a building columns and the work and precision came out near perfect!

We have used Cascadian Construction on no less than four large jobs. Joe and his crew have always done work of exceptional quality and I would not hesitate to recommend them.

We had carport slab and retaining wall done. Joe and Brian are both very hard,capable workers. Quality is obviously a priority for them. They do fine work from beginning preparation to clean-up at the end. We would highly recommend them and would gladly call on them for any future project.

Excellent work, fulfilled in our timeframe, I would definitely recommend them if you want top quality concrete flat work. Very experienced and knowledgeable.

Joe and Alicia are super responsive, even on a weeknight! I requested a quote Sunday afternoon and received a call from Alicia an hour or two to schedule an appointment next day. They were able to pave our garage next day. Great work! Highly recommend and we'll keep them in mind for future projects.

Was on time did the work and very minimum time crew cleaned up everything after job completion and my wife and I are completely satisfied

Our experience with Cascadian Construction was excellent. Joe, one of the companyâ  s principals and head foreman, provided true personal service starting with our first meeting. Our job was not a small one. It was a concrete-only project with an extension to our driveway requiring a 3.5 foot retaining wall, a set of concrete steps off the side of our front porch to ground level (3 steps) to a sidewalk on one side of the house to the backyardâ  s shed and sunroom with steps provided to those entries as well. In addition, on the other side of the house, a sidewalk was poured from the front driveway to the backyardâ  s new addition - a large concrete patio. In our initial meeting we walked Joe through our concept for all this while he made outlines on the ground for the sidewalks and patio. He was extremely helpful with the details surrounding the shape of the patio as we wanted a rounded extension into the yard for a fire pit as part of the patio itself. By the time we finished, all of us were on the same page with the outlines of the concrete additions clearly visible. A verbal quote was provided on the spot with a written proposal emailed to us on the following day. The proposal price was the same as the verbal quote. Work commenced within the week and took one week and two trucks of concrete to complete. The resulting product is perfect. His teamâ  s attention to detail is evident. He provided breakout sections in one sidewalk to access underground utilities around the heat pump and septic pump as a precaution. They had to remove and then reinstall two sidewalk gates and a large set of double gates. The reinstalled gates had to be raised to accommodate the new installations. When completed the gates looked like they were newly installed when the concrete was installed. The crew did an excellent job maintaining a clean site. When the job was completed Joe and his crew had carefully removed all residual concrete pieces and cleaned up the site beautifully - something we were concerned about since this was an addition to an existing home. Cascadian Construction is composed of professionals with 20+ years experience in the industry. They know their product. The provided exactly what we wanted, on time and for a very reasonable cost. We highly recommend them for any concrete project.
