Cost for service is not fair. $800 for 1 hour labor - No Parts. 2 services requested hot water heater flush ($302.66) snake a drain ($490+.) I accepted the service contract thinking i could request fair reduction with no luck! The manager did notice my hot water heater service was not done properly and asked if he could send the employee back and complete correctly at no cost. I asked him to remove the service and reduce my bill since it was not correctly completed and he refused. We refused the call back due to the rift this has caused between us and this company. Beware of price gouging/unfair cost of services with this company. They price everything based on worst case scenario and they will not offer better pricing for less complicated outcomes.

I received a high estimate, but not knowing anything about plumbing, thinking that these contractors were honest, I accepted the bid. After much haggling after the job was done, the owner finally said he had $600 in materials in the job and billed me for $419 an hour for six hours work. This includes paying them $419 an hour to drive to Lowe's for materials. I think this is high. Don't try to negotiate with this man; he's got all the answers. It's like talking to your ex that you hate. He's vile! The work was performed, but very unhappy with the price and customer service from the owner. What a putz!

The company came out to fix my water heater, but also did some other repairs in my home out of the kindness of their heart. I was very satisfied with the work that they did and the company is ran by wonderful people. I would definitely hire them again, or recommend them to anyone who is looking for a plumber. I couldn't ask for anything better.

I could have done the job that they did for $68.00, which is the cost of parts ans special tools at Lowes. However, I was charged $512.00.

This was our first interaction with Casco Plumbing, and we were delighted with the response on a Saturday to an emergency drain blockage. Kenny called us before coming and arrived exactly on time. His work was done very professionally and thoroughly. He was polite, friendly, and gave us pointers on how to avoid messing up the garbage disposal in the future. Today we have a different plumbing issue, and look forward to using Casco services again.

Going into this I knew there was an issue. The previous home owner had custom built the tile counter and the plumber had to find a way to counter sink the hardware due to the excessive thickness. Did a consultation one day, returned two days later (for my convenience and need to find and purchase specialized equipment), and in just a couple of hours it was done.

On the night before Thanksgiving, when I couldn't get anyone else to come to my house, Casco came out to address an emergency that would have ruined Thanksgiving. It was expensive, very expensive, but the job was done very well and the plumber was very friendly.

I called about a broken hot water heater and Joe came out to help. The next day he brought a team to also look at the quality of my water since my rusty water was eating away at my pipes. It was an good experience and good service.

I called Casco Plumbing for a clogged kitchen sink and they showed up same day. Casey showed up and was very particular to protect my home. He wore shoe covers at all times while inside. He covered the entire work area with drop cloths and made easy work of my drain. You could tell he knew what he was doing and that they care about repeat business. When he was done, it looked like we had the sink area proffessionally cleaned. The absolute best experience hiring a plumber I have ever had.
