I converted my wood-burning fireplace to a Mendota gas fireplace insert. My fireplace is stone and the measurements needed to be precise. My home is on a slab and running the gas line required a little additional work, but Joe and his team handled the job from start to finish. The fit is custom and perfect. I highly recommend Caselli Hearth and Stone.

I am so beyond satisfied with this project of my home. The crew replaced my fireplace insides ,refaced with stone work and raised the hearth. It looks fantastic! I would recommend this place if you are looking to do any changes to your fireplace and more. I am glad after shopping around and found Caselli Hearth &Stone- great place!

I never had stone added to anything so at first glance the job looked very good however, after looking at it over night myself and my wife noticed that on one side of the fireplace they laid a lot of small stones and the other side has mostly larger stones. Plus, the side with the large stones had gaps much wider than the other side which, in my opinion, looks like they started rushing to get done. I contacted Joe the following day and asked him to simply come take a look and he told me he would after he gets back from an out of town trip after April 21, 2019. Well it is now close to two months later and I have not heard anything from Joe. Overall they did a good job except for the layout of the stones on each side of the fireplace. I would of gave them 5 stars if not for their poor customer service and the issue mentioned above. If you hire them make sure that you are satisfied with the stone layout before you pay them in full.

Joe s team did a great job with my stone fireplace. My home was new construction and Joe s team worked side-by-side with my other contractors maintaining a clean job site while even sharing scaffolding. I was very impressed with the final results and would recommend Caselli Hearth and Stone to anyone looking to get a stone fireplace installed.

Joe and his team did a phenomenal job on my stone wall. I opted to use Caselli Hearth Stone instead of using the builder of my new-construction condo and could not be happier with my decision. From scheduling the work to the installation to the immaculate clean-up once the work was completed,I give Joe and Caselli Hearth Stone my highest recommendation.

I found Caselli Stone here on Home Advisor after trying several other fireplace companies to change my natural fireplace into either gas or electric. Joe LoCicero listened to what I wanted and quickly came up with an electric fireplace proposal in my planned cost range. When the installers came it was super smooth. They were done in 3 hours and left very little for us to clean. We are very happy with our electric fireplace.

Joe and Matt did an amazing job on my fire place. They took down the old brick wall, put 3 feet of drywall on each side, hooked up cable and put a plug above the new fireplace for my TV, put an old barn beam for a mantel with ship lap above, new stone and put a beautiful piece of lime stone for a hearth! I could not be happier with the transformation they did!!! Joe seen my vision, tweaked it a little and came up with a masterpiece! Joe was extremely personable and never pressured me into doing anything. They were they to help guide me with my vision, make it a reality and I couldn't be happier! I am blessed to have met Joe and his crew!

Gas insert fire place install was clean and professional although pricey.

Joe and Matt are absolutely fabulous to work with and did a fabulous job replacing the tile around our fireplace with cultured stone, a barn beam mantle, granite hearth, and even cleaned and painted our fireplace for us. I have never, in all my years of owning a home, worked with two better people and been more pleased. Our fireplace is gorgeous now and makes our home look so much better. Joe was great from the moment I met him to the end of the job. He is very responsive and does fabulous, neat, clean work. Truly a pleasure to work with and I can't thank him enough. Thank you Joe and Matt!

We have a large 50's wall to wall fireplace that was re-stoned by Joe and his crew and it turned out absolutely beautiful! We selected a stacked white ledge stone that was like putting a puzzle together. Joe was helpful and patient through the stone selection process and quick to reply to any questions. He carefully put up plastic to cordon off the area they were working in. They worked some magic on our old hearth and installed new limestone slabs. He was able to measure and order new fireplace doors at a very fair price. I tend to have high expectations, Joe is a superstar in my opinion!

Joe and his crew were outstanding! They removed our old builder grade tile fireplace and built a hearth, installed a reclaimed wood mantle, and replace the tile with gorgeous stone. They are meticulous and made sure we were happy with their work. they are also extremely patient and very flexible with me. They had wonderful suggestions which were spot on! I wouldn't go anywhere else.

I hired Joe mainly based on customer reviews i read with most of them being 5 stars. I can gladly say my experience working with Joe did not fall short and went as I hoped it would! Joe and his team did a makeover of my fireplace, covering the existing brick with stone veneer and hearth stone. The finished product could not have turned out better! Joe was completely professional and the customer service was top notch. I highly recommend Caselli Stone and would definitely higher them again.

Joe removed and replaced a wood stove, and installed a chimney liner. Great experience. I hired them largely based on customer reviews, and they're all true. Extremely competent, courteous, and easy to work with. Joe knows what he's doing, and how to handle whatever problems come up. It's clear he has experience, and his knowledge and expertise can be totally trusted. I'm a retired engineer, and have done some of this type of work myself, and I can tell you this is the man to hire !
