Russell Casey and his assistant Jason are very dedicated and skilled workers. Russell identified the problem of a wrongly hung door, worked diligently to innovate methods to avoid replacing the whole door, took it down, shaved the base and tightened the door on the frame. He also had Jason return to adjust the security door frame that needed realignment after the main door was fixed.

Very disappointed!! He took 2 days to install my dishwasher cut my floor and its still not done. Im going to have to hire someone else to finish the job.

"I want to start off by say that Tammie is a very nice lady. But as far as the work is concerned and the 2 day duration. I'll explain on the first day we had to start demo on the existing dishwasher which was sitting on a raised floor and the controls were on the front. New dishwasher was installed, on the 2 day the floor had to be cut back to accommodate the new installation. I think that Tammie's thought on the construction process was to pull one out and put one in which was not the case at all. I explained every step to her in detail, we were in the last 15 min. of the installation when she decided to terminate the work and not pay. I wish her well and hope she found some one to finish the work."

Better be able to be very flexible about when they show up and when they complete the work. The final product was acceptable but I felt it was very expensive for what I received.

I hired Russ to work on my house in Fresno. He is a perfectionist and his motto is to please his customers. Russ is very attentive to every detail and a pleasure to work with. He was always willing to help even if it didn't have anything to do with the windows/screens that we hired him for. A very trustworthy guy! Highly recommended. Thanks Russ for being there for us.
