I purposefully waited a few weeks before I wrote my review of Cash Boys Locksmith in order to accurately assess this company and the technician who worked with me. The reason for the â cool down periodâ was because this was one of the most stressful processes of my life and I had to separate emotion from reason when making my assessment. The truth is, after speaking with others who have gone through this process , I found that my experience was normal and even on the less stressful side of the coin. One thing that separates this company from others was the preparation they put in for all of the requested job. This could have been a much more stressful event had I gone with any competitor based on my previous experiences with other Locksmiths in the area, I know because I have already experienced it (Won't say the name but there aren't many Locksmiths around here, so you do the math), The technician and owner, Brandon had excellent customer service skills and practically called me to update me on the job getting done while I was out of town. He was available 24/7 the whole time to answer any questions and I tested him frequently due to the time zone difference. The technician Brandon never got impatient with me and babied me through the process, despite my lack of understanding most of the time. When I couldnâ t get him on the phone immediately, one of his coworkers always stepped up and fielded the call to assist me. These guys worked incessantly to make sure everything went smoothly. I wanted to review this company honestly and fairly and not base my assessment on the level of stress during this process. This process is supposed to be stressful to an extent. The truth is, I was surprised at how this company handled the actual task at hand and also the customer service both at the same time. This company came through for me when I needed them the most. Bottom line----If you want a company that will go to war for you in order to help you get out of a pickle and that knows how to treat you like an individual and not a prospective pay check, this is the company for you.
