Very Professional!

Stay away from this company. Panther Plumbing installed a Rheem gas water heater in my house for almost $2,000 with a one-year warranty. A few weeks later I called them to come to check out a beeping sound coming from the water heater, and it was overheating. After scheduling an appointment 5 days in advance (nobody showed up), manager Tom Miller told me that he had not sent anyone to the appointment and that he would not send anyone to check what was going on because those models of water heaters do not make any beeping sound. He said that he did not have time or enough workers to answer a pointless concern like mine. He also stated in an email that I must have googled about this beeping sound because only tankless models made that sound. In other words, according to this guy, I was lying. I explained to him that I just needed that someone came to check the water heater but again with an unprofessional, disrespectful, and uncooperative treatment, this man told me that he knew what he was doing and that if the house caught fire, the insurance would pay for it. I am 61 years old, and I can assure you that no one had ever treated me in such a rude way. If you are looking for a plumbing company that provides quality work, with friendly customer service, that responds promptly and honors its warranties, then do not make the mistake of hiring the services of this company.

Tech was very easy to work with, he explained the options and what each included. After he videoed the drain pipes, the problem I thought we had was eliminated and found the problem in another area. We will be remodeling our bathroom and I plan to use Panther.

They did a great job on my leak in a timely manner. They were completely professional and reasonably priced.

B.J. arrived to rescue us within an hour after we contacted Panther Plumbing, and he solved our main water leak very quickly. We appreciated his hard work and quick resolution of our problem.

I had an emergency an could not get others to come out after hours. Cody came ASAP. I was very impressed with his professionalism as well as customer service when I called. He took care of my water pipe that burst under the crawl space and could have been a disaster. I will definitely call them for future needs.

Panther was great! The tech came out in a downpour (from hurricane Ida), identified our leak was not in our water main (as we had been told by other bigger companies) and repaired it right away saving us thousands of dollars over what the other companies had quoted us. We will use Panther again!

Great quality service!!

Good experience so far. Customer service reps were great in getting us scheduled asap and then very cooperative when I had to turn around and reschedule. Mitchell was our plumber, very conscientious and seemingly qualified. Did exactly what he recommended and told us he would do, did it quickly and neatly. Not sure if I got the best possible price, but unless it was extremely overpriced, would say that I am otherwise very happy with the experience.

Panther plumbing was an amazing friendly company that works efficiently. In and out with the job done in under 20 minutes.

If anyone has an idea about basic plumbing, perform the the operation yourself. I had an obstruction in a toilet that I couldn't snake, and the recommended cost to pull the toilet was >$500. I repaired the entire toilet (including the removal of obstruction), for $30 and a little sweat equity of my own. Leave the dangerous, more difficult tasks to a licensed/certified plumber
