Ben was very responsive. He responded immediately and restored my AC service quickly and economically. My former provider told me it would take a month for the repair and lied about the availability of parts to justify the load on their schedule.

These guys were amazing. Furnace stopped working Friday night before a huge storm. Found Ben through Home Advisor on Saturday morning and he called me right away, came out to assess and quote the replacement, and returned Sunday with his colleague to complete the job on Sunday. Prompt, professional, 10/10 would recommend to anyone in the NWC.

Prompt response. Well informed about our boiler furnace needs. Worked well with our tenants and their schedules. The work performed was done exactly as he had explained and described. Ben and his crew were extra neat in replacing the old boiler. There was precision to his installation that I appreciated. His placement of the new smaller Peerless Boiler was much improved, All copper piping was straight, parallel ,and so neatly installed. No sloppy work from this crew. We would highly recommend Benjamin Casillas for any heating or cooling needs. He is an extremely courteous, prompt, fair and honest individual. individual to do business with.

Ben, (the service man) responded to my call with the urgency required. My AC was not working. I called Sunday evening and he was at my home at 8:00am Monday.(competitor couldn't come until Wednesday). He was polite and considerate as to our time and situation and went to work to resolve our AC problem. His analysis and repair was less costly than anticipated much to our relief. Ben, completed the repair within an hour with a full explanation of work performed. I can recommend, Cosillas Heating & Cooling with confidence knowing they are professional,efficient, and honest.
