Casimir was responsive and very knowledgeable. He installed our dishwasher and answered my questions about other home projects too. He was very neat and easy to work with. He was very thorough, but did not waste any time. I highly recommend him and hope to work with him again on other projects around our house.

Jeff is very knowledgeable and super efficient. He works on Saturday and that makes my life a lot easier so I don't need to take time off from my work. He ordered parts and soon after the parts was shipped he immediately came to install the parts on a Saturday evening. Much appreciated his prompt service.

Discovered water under my fridge at 1pm. I called Casimir at 2 and he was here before 3. He discovered a buildup of ice under a draw in the fridge and had it taken care of in under a half hour. Would definitely recommend and use again!

My refrigerator is not working. The freezer is not frozen. The technician came to fix. I told him what the problem was. He told me the control board needed to replace. New control board was put in, it was still not worked. I called him to come back. He assumed the compressor is not good condition, need to replace. I just let him go, I have to think about repair or replace.

We had an issue with the electric Cooktop. The service was scheduled and due to some issues we had to reschedule it. The service person was flexible enough to adjust the schedule accordingly. The issue was found quickly and he provided the details of the parts to be ordered. Once the parts arrived the service was scheduled again and the the fix was complete. The services were very professional.

Professional and courteous. He even discovered a small issue from a prior contractor and corrected it...dishwasher waterline was lying flat and should have been raised to allow proper water flow! Will always use him for any future needs plus reccomend Casimir as well.

Unprofessional, came to my home and actually broke parts for my washing machine and also took a part. He told me I needed a part, which was not true. I hired someone else who advised me that the part that needed to be repaired was minor. I may have to replace machine which is $1500.00!

Hired Casimir based on earlier experience. The guy turned out to be extremely dishonest. Lied about Alarm installed . Installed a non-interconnected alarm(insisting), I ended up getting a violation and costing money. Extremely unskilled and dishonest.

Reasonably priced and very easy to get an appointment with. Disconnected my dishwasher quickly. Cleaned up all the debris and food particles left on the floor after he pulled the old dishwasher out.
