Traditional Stucco - Repair or Partially Replace
I hired Lorenzo to repair cracks and stucco around half of my home. He took a week to complete this and initially appeared to do a good job. However, several voids in the stucco appeared after a few months. Lorenzo and his son claimed their work was perfect and the voids were due to "stains by pollen". No amount of cleaning has removed the "stains", so their claim is wrong. They have refused to repair the spotty stucco coverage. I DO NOT recommend Casitas Plaster Company!
Response from Casitas Plaster Company
"We advised the customer that applying primer was not recommended for this particular job, because you cant put primer over a synthtic color as it could cause staining on the plaster. However, the customer insisted on proceeding with the primer application after researching the process online. We explained our concerns and the potential risks, but the customer requested that we proceed despite our recommendation. We ultimately completed the work as requested by the customer."

Lorenzo and Damian did a fantastic job repairing my garden walls. The work was done speedily and at a fair price. I was impressed that they were able to match the existing stucco color perfectly, making for a seamless repair.

Came, analyzed the problem, showed up the next day on time and fixed it. The patch is invisible. Just what was needed.

Plaster Repair
Very responsive. First business day after reaching out, they were here to generate a quote. We (my family) wasn't able to book them immediately due to pre existing family plans, but as soon as it worked for our schedule they came back and completed the work in less than a day and a half. Great work, very responsive, highly recommend!

Traditional Stucco - Repair or Partially Replace
Casitas did excellent work for repairing and replacing old stucco, and finishing stucco on outdoor walls that were never completed. They also were responsive and did exactly as they promised - and it's hard to find contractors that are these days! Great value for the price too. Would highly recommend.

Traditional Stucco - Repair or Partially Replace
In an age where it is hard to get anyone to do anything they responded within a day of my request. The work started the following Monday. They were meticulous and thorough with their work, and everything was completed. It was a good experience, happy to have it done, house looks great.

Synthetic Stucco Installation or Complete Replacement
I did not have any problems at all, great communication, did what he told me and did a great job. They gave me good material and was the best price out of all the people that I called. They were very neat, they picked up everything and I was impressed. I already have people asking who the owner is because I told them the price and the job looks wonderful, no questions there!

Traditional Stucco - Repair or Partially Replace
I hired Lorenzo in January 2022 to patch my stucco cracks and put in stucco pop-outs around the windows. The pop outs were poorly done. When they finished, I tried to point out some areas and he went back and halfway ran a paint brush over it but was overall in a hurry to leave. The pop-outs are not square on any window. The paint used to patch the cracks was not even close to the original paint. I mentioned to Lorenzo that the paint looked the wrong color. He said once it dried it would look right. It never did. One of the cracks looks worse now than ever. It has bubbled out. I texted pictures to Lorenzo, and to try to see if he would come repair his work. He never responded. I am happy to change this review if Lorenzo were to come and repair the work I paid him to do. Otherwise, I spent over $2300 for my house to look worse than it did before. I am going to have to fix it all myself now. Also, he quoted $2200 originally and then at the end said he needed $2300. I am not happy with any of it.
Response from Casitas Plaster Company
"When we finished the work, you were very happy with it. After the work was finished, I saw you several different times, and you were still happy with the work. I never received any calls, and any pictures or messages were sent to a land line. I tried to contact you, and you said you would call me back and never did."

Plaster Service
Lorenzo bragged about 30 Years of experience. It turns out that it was 30 years of bad experience. The walls have streaks, pimples, there is no finishing at the ceiling or the floors. Globs of plaster were stuck on the vigas at the ceiling and the furniture got plaster on it. It took my workman 5 hours to clean the room up after Casita left and the room looks terrible. I got an estimate yesterday for $5,000 to repair what Casita messed up. That was on top of the $500 vet bill for the dogs who got sick as a result of the plaster work in the house. Casita caused a great deal of damage and turmoil. Their work was bad and I am gun shy about hiring anyone else. The wife has been an expert on the work, although she has seen pictures of the poor quality. If you want bad work and lots of turmoil, call Casita. He was on time and on budget. The work was subpar and must be redone
Response from Casitas Plaster Company
"MJ Jones aka Merrilee B. was gracious and grateful until it came time to pay. Then she started harrasing our employees. She was very rude and refused to pay for the work that was completed. Contractors beware."
