They do it all. Casper is very communicative. Gives you his honest opinion on style and cost effectiveness. He is reasonable with his pricing and finishes in a timely manner with our giving up quality.

Casper was very timely and accommodating. He got the majority of the work done over the weekend and after curing time a week later my home is back to normal. A definite 5 star service...worth every penny!

Casper is very responsive. Some of his help, however, could be more careful. There were several followups needed for touch-ups etc. however, Casper responded to alll our requests.

Casper was very professional. The company did the job sooner than the original scheduled date. When I walked into my home it looked like they installed new wood flooring.I would highly recommend this company to anyone who is going to have their wood floors refinished.

I had laminate flooring installed by someone else. It was a total mess. When I contacted Casper, he examined the flooring and explained exactly what he would do to correct the issue. He and his team were very professional and took up and reinstalled my flooring. He also fixed the mess my first installer made of the landing and the stairs. They did an excellent job. They also didn't leave the mess the first person did. They cleaned up when they completed the work. I would highly recommend him. I'm just sorry I didn't find him and have him install my flooring in the beginning.

This company was very professional, punctual and did everything if not more of what we expected. They arrived on time and were in constant contact with us throughout the project. The finished product is BEAUTIFUL and more then we could have imagined. You definitely get the most for your money with them. Most importantly they cleaned up their mess!! They come highly recommended from our family.

Casper's work is AMAZING!!!! He and his crew did a wonderful and beautiful job. Casper refinished my floors and they look brand new. They were timely, professional, friendly, and committed to the job FULLY! I would recommend them for any hardwood floor needs. I have the original floors from our family's home that was built in 1956. They look like they did when the house was originally purchased. Thank you Casper and Crew! You guys ROCK!

Casper , put up a plastic sheet to prevent dust from entering the other rooms, was on time for work with his employees when work began to the end to finish and was dilligent in keeping everything clean. He also, explained the floor refinishing to us step by step. I would recommend Casper to my friends and anybody that was looking for a superior craftsman in this line of work.
