Casper Plumbing and HVAC

Casper installed my new system 5 years ago, and it works like a charm. We have had them come for routine maintenance on the system (always a great deal) every year. They also have helped with plumbing issues in my home too!!! Love being able to use and rely on this company.

Matt Casper diagnosed my boiler issue in about 15 minutes! After calling the office, they put me on the schedule right away. Would recommend to anybody having boiler issues in the winter!

Tommy was great in get our New Navein Combi system installed and up and running! He started getting the old unit out on Friday night and the new one installed and running by Saturday afternoon!! Can't say enough positive things!!

I needed my main sewer line from the house to the street replaced, due to tree roots blocking the line in 4 different places. I called Matt and was immediately put on the schedule for the estimate to confirm the problem, and the work was scheduled immediately. Matt and his crew spent the entire day digging out the old line and replacing it with the new one. Probably another plumber would have taken 2 days, but Matt wanted to be sure I could have functional plumbing by the end of the day so I didn't have to get a hotel room. Communication was clear, every step of the project was explained to me, pricing was extremely fair and I have absolute confidence in the quality of the service. I've had Matt and his crew do an HVAC job several years ago, and the service was professional, reliable and trustworthy. This job was no different. I trust Matt and his crew to do it right the first time, and treat me fairly. If you're looking for a totally reliable, honest and trustworthy plumber and HVAC company, look no further. Fine, efficient job by Matthew and his team in installing both a new central air conditioner (in the middle of a heatwave, no less) and furnace. Matthew was quick to contact me back when I had a question or two, and was always courteous and friendly.

Matt was very knowledgeable. He approached the problem from different angles to get my older AC unit to work. He was honest about the age of the unit and to consider replacing at a later time. i will definitely recommend Casper'sAC to others!
