We had to fire our original contractor and Fred/Caspian Homes quoted us an amount to finish the job, which was most of it. I think it was a complicated project, but Fred and his crew(s) did a really good job getting it completed and never asked for more $$ even when we seemed to run into a few unexpected issues. Fred was very patient and responsive and finished the job for what he quoted. I don't think you can beat his price, but you can try.

I wish HomeAdvisor were not so restricted in its selectable projects. Fred and his team were did a great job getting our house ready for sale. They repaired missing pieces of granite countertops, installed lighting upgrades, installed new carpet, fixed dry wall, and did interior painting. We were very happy with the results and we had a contract for our asking price within hours of listing. Fred and his team were courteous and professional, and had great advice when we were not sure of the best way to do something. All for a reasonable price, too. Highly recommended.

Fred his entire team was a pleasure to work with. I undertook a big project renovating my house and every room. Fred's expertise helped make the project successful and was very easy to work with. Stuck to his timeline and was extremely professional and diligent in his work. I look forward to working with him in the future and recommend his entire team.

Tried for 3 months to find someone to install a carpet runner on my stairs. Finally, contacted Caspian Homes. They were here within a week. Did good job for a reasonable price.

We replaced entire house 4â baseboard to 6â and we add crown molding to the entire house as well. This was the best overall experience with any customer service I have used. Fred and his crew were professional and pleasant to work with.
