I was very skeptical about hiring any roofer due to a high concentration of shoddy roofing contractors in my community. Brian Cassaday assured me Cassaday Construction uses the best materials and that their workmanship is of the highest quality. I carefully reviewed his references and inspected the materials; then signed a contract and observed their work at the job site. I was particularly impressed with the use of a "shingle shear". I never heard of such a device, but what a sight to behold! The "sheared shingles" along the drip edge greatly enhances the finished appearance of my replaced roof. The cost of the project was very reasonable considering the extra time his crew spent to insure things were completed correctly. In short, Cassady Construction is a highly reputable firm that can be trusted to exceed your expectations. Believe me, I am a retired state inspector and I know professional workmanship when I see it. You absolutely will not be disappointed!

The owner Brian was on site every day , his crew were very friendly and hard workers . They did a great job and cleaned up after the job was completed . I plan to have them reroof my shop Bldg. next year .
