It is so refreshing to get help without the added pressure of a sales pitch. All providers prior to Cassel tried to tell me I needed to replace my unit. It will need replacing some year soon but Don didn t push sales on me at all. Great experience!

He confirmed the diagnosis and repaired our furnace quickly and for much less than the big name company. He has many 5 star ratings and I now see why. Don responded to a request for quote on a furnace issue. I had paid for an analysis of the problem and received a quote from another company that just seemed way out of line. (It was) Don inspected the furnace agreed with the original findings provided a fair quote and completed the fix. I will use him in the future for sure. Thorough, knowledgeable, fair pricing and know surprises.

Cassel Air Conditioning and Heating Services was called about one of my two HVAC systems in my home. I had already spoken with other Licensed HVAC companies, and they all recommended "replacement", so now I get to compare replacement costs, brand names, specifications etc. I met with Don Cassel, and found him to be very informative and knowledgeable. I was looking at different brand names and system spec's, and he said "I recommend and provide American Standard products as they are the best of the best." I did my own research, and just as he said, Consumer Reports does show American Standard as the nation's top choice! Based on his initial honest and educational presentation, I felt very comfortable in hiring Don. He replaced the existing HVAC system for me, and did a phenomenal job. His bid was more competitive than others and he supplied me with his recommended model and specification American Standard HVAC unit. When I had problems with the other unit, it was not a "hard sell" for another new system, it was a prompt response, fast service call, quick accurate problem diagnosis and repair right there on the spot! Ten out of five stars for the customer service aspect and my experience with Don! I have since recommended his service and recommended products to others. I will continue to recommend him with absolutely no reservations.

I am a property manager, and I have used their services for about 20 years, he is my go to guy. Even if I am not around I trust he will handle the situation. He is Honest, and he will tell you what he can do, and if he can't he will find someone.
