    It is so refreshing to get help without the added pressure of a sales pitch. All providers prior to Cassel tried to tell me I needed to replace my unit. It will need replacing some year soon but Don didn t push sales on me at all. Great experience!

    First Rate! Don Cassel was close to our home and responded quickly. No waiting for a 4 hour time window, he was at our home within minutes of our call. He confirmed the diagnosis and repaired our furnace quickly and for much less than the big name company. He has many 5 star ratings and I now see why. I recommend Don Cassel and will use him for any future needs. It is so nice to find a local tradesman to rely on. Honest pricing and reliable!
