Ed was on time, communication was exceptional, and did as detailed a job as could be expected. We enterted a contract to buy the home we have been renting. So unfortunately all our stuff in the house prevented him from completing the inspection as quickly or thoroughly. But he was patient with me as i moved things around to allow him access to the areas he needed to inspect. There are a few things i wish were a little more detailed but i cant fault him for the house being occupied.

I hired Cassel Home inspections in CA over phone , me being in NE at the time. He offered a great price so I said ok. My agent in CA said he was very thorough, and checked everything in high detail. Even roof, where lit won t. Very courteous. When I got his report it was extremely detailed, sectioned by areas, each section contained photos showing problems etc if any. I would HIGHLY recommend Cassel for your next inspection . Best price by far and best report, best inspection You will be making a mistake by not using him.! Dan Johnson. Omaha, NE
