I hired them to clean my daughter apartment when she had moved out. The lady showed up late and my daughter said that she looked like she was on drugs. Then my daughter gave her the list of things that needed to be done for a move out clean. Around half of the things on the list were done. They did not even mop the kitchen floor, wipe down the cupboards or countertops!!!! My daughter called her and complained when she went back to check things. The lady, Tracy said that she would be back the next morning to do a better job. She still did not do a great job! My daughter landlord said that she was going to have to hire someone to come and clean it. Needless to say, my daughter is not getting all of her deposit back. I would not recommend this company.

"First of all, noone that works for this company is on drugs! Next, the list of which we are speaking was added to after initial appointment of services requested. There were mistakes made and some things missed but we are human and strive to do the best at every job we do. Counter tops and cupboards were cleaned and floor had been mopped. Flooring is old and stained and needs replaced. We are sorry that you did not have a great experience with us as many of our customers have, and we wish you the best in the future."
