No communication. All responsibilities are left to the customer to follow up with the technician and company for services. They never called back to confirm service or cost.

I was quoted 350, and they got here and asked for 500 more! At least 6 inches of sewage remained in the tank, which was never unplugged, and the toilet requested 450 more people to go on the roof and blow it out! The hole to get under the house was left wide open!!! Terrible customer service! I did not even cover the lid with dirt! I wish I could upload pictures!!

Great, they told me on the phone it would be $350.00, and it was $525.00. Don’t know reason for the difference, unless it was the amount. Did a great job .

they have yet to complete the job that I paid them for, they keep on telling me they need to wait for the area to dry, but that was three weeks ago and everything should be dry by now.

I am charged 375$ to change the flap and gasket. The initial quote includes the replacement of the entire flush assembly of 2 toilets and replacing a trap pipe under the sink. But the actual work was just replacing the flap and gasket. But, I was still charged the original quote amount. More importantly, when I challenged the amount, the technician was asked to remove the installed parts. This is not professional at all. I would never recommend nor hire.

Charles Boyce is the owner of this company and a few more. His companies were responsible for the beautifcation of our home. From the new indoor plumbing to the brand new windows and doors, these guys, specifically Greg, put a lot of love and energy into our home. Homeserve sent them out and I'm grateful for that. The owner Charles, who proves that there is something in the water, came out to check the progress often, was kind, dependable, helpful and sympathetic. We have never, in the 13 years we've been down here, have EVER met such a more diligent company. They didn't patch, they fixed. They didn't try to upsell, they were upfront and honest. They got the job done.

Charles was very polite and very informative on all the work that was going to be done on the project. I got quotes from 6 different companies and decided to go with Cassidy Plumbing because Charles was very knowledgeable about all aspects of the job that needed to be performed and they took care of everything from the beginning to the end.
