"Lois, You are not telling the truth. Your sheets and key were both returned. My Administrative Director went with me to the Myrtle Beach Post Office and witnessed me placing your key in one of the large blue postal boxes. You fail to mention that your sheets had to be laundered off site because you called at 9PM at night and told me you forgot to tell me you had a family member coming to stay in your unit that same night within hours of the time you called. As a professional courtesy I charged you $35.00 to handle taking care of services for your unit after hours and because you were my customer and made an honest mistake. You actually commented what a great job my team and I did. The North Myrtle Beach Police Department have filed no charges against me. I have contacted the North Myrtle Beach Police Department, and they instructed me to come to the police station so charges can be filed against you. I will be filing charges of slander and defamation of character against you. I will also be seeking the advice of my business attorney as well. I plan to speak to the Board President of your Homeowner's association. I am bonded and insured. I have an excellent background that does not include any misdemeanor nor felony charges. I am a homeowner and have run a good solid business in the Grand Strand area for 22 years that has never received a complaint while I have been named as the Principal with the Better Business Bureau for the company. I always conduct myself as a professional in my business dealings even when others choose not to. My staff and I have mutual respect for one another and for all of our customers and strive to do the best job possible. I actually declined your offer to handle vacation rental cleaning for you after the poor planning and disregard you showed when my team came from home at night. Good luck with your future endeavours for renting your vacation rental."
