They were very efficient and helpful. They came for an appointment the same day we called (Saturday) and installed the very next day - a Sunday! They were all very helpful and professional. Our install was for the outside unit and the unit located in our attic. They wore shoe covers each time they entered our home and did not leave a mess. We are very impressed with their product and service and highly recommend them!

Is they were running a service special of only $79 in unit, which was a couple hundred dollars less than other companies. But this was only a special during June.

The total experience was amazing. Everyone was so great from start to finish. Every appointment we had over the course of three days Casteel was here early. We selected our new furnace and AC unit at about 6:30 pm and had it installed the next day by 2pm. I cannot say enough good things about Casteel. They are top notch and I highly recommend them.
