If I could give this company zero stars, I would. My wife and I hired them because we are both wheelchair users and needed reliable movers. Instead, we experienced some of the most unprofessional and frustrating customer service I've ever encountered. We hired two movers to move the contents of a small two-room home. The very first item they attempted to move?a king-size box spring?prompted complaints that it was "too heavy." They even called Steve, who tried to compare it to moving a piano. That was absurd. I'm in a wheelchair, and I was able to lift one side of it myself with one hand. The problems only got worse. I actually had to go outside and reorganize the moving truck because the movers were simply throwing our belongings inside with no care or organization. Even after all of that, they still owed us approximately an hour of paid work but refused to take our remaining items to the storage unit, despite that being discussed before the move.
