Castillo’s Contractors, LLC

Terrible work, worse communication. Contractor works through this party vendors and didn't supervise them. Contracted to remodel bedroom and construct new bathroom and walk in closet. Left the project unfinished later came back with no air flow to either the bathroom or the closet. The contractor Castillo hired was named One Call Mechanical and he admitted there was a problem causing the lack of airflow but there was never a reply what the solution was. The electrical wiring from the circuit panel was also sloppy.

These guys actually show up! On time. Consistently. And they do great work. I’m very picky and I like things done a certain way. These guys listen and execute my vision every time. They also CLEAN UP at the end of the day (unlike most)

Fernando and his team pay meticulous attention to detail - the kitchen was taken back to the studs,a large 14 ft beam was installed to remove a support wall. From start to finish, he kept me informed of work to be carried out day by day.

Castillos contractors saved us from a nightmare. After our original contractor disappeared one day without finishing the work and taking our money, castillos contractors stepped in and saved the day. They quality of the work was excellent and Fernando was always available to communicate and answer our questions. I'd absolutely recommend them to anyone undergoing a home renovation.

TOP NOTCH. Fernando Castillo has done numerous projects for myself and my family. After twenty years of house flipping he is the best we have hired. He’s worth his weight for his design eye alone! He has earned his expertise, trustworthiness and his depth of knowledge. His crews are always great. Want him to new-build my next home. Nice guy also!

Fernando is a fantastic GC. He can take your ideas and make them happen. We worked with him on multiple homes that were fully renovated inside and out. Highly recommend!

Great experience!! Castillo’s Contractors is honest and upfront about all the work they do. Very professional. Fernando and his guys are a joy to work with. I would highly recommend them.

Castillo contractors did an amazing job with my two bathroom remodels, my kitchen tiling, painting throughout and. We fence. The workers did an amazing job, were reliable and always cleaned up when they left each day. I am very happy with the work done in my house and would definitely hire again.

Great. Fast and strong communication. They made it super easy and their prices were much better than others I bid with.

As a interior designer, I focus on, search for and use contractors who: LISTEN, COMMUNICATE, and WHO CAN BID ACCURATELY a job. Then I look for that selected contractor to perform the work: ON TIME, KEEP THE JOBSITE CLEAN, EXCEL AT CRAFTSMANSHIP and HAVE CONTROL OVER THE WORK STAFF. CASTILLO’S CONTRACTORS has done so, OVER and OVER for my clients. 5 STARS ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️

Professional, timely and courteous. Fernando makes sure every detail is right and exactly the way you want it. Beautiful work!

Castillo's contractors are reliable , trustworthy and do quick, quality work and as specified. I would not hesitate Fernando to any potential client. They will deliver on their promise and more

We used Castillo’s Contractors to get our roof replaced due to hail and wind damage. We are very pleased with the quality of the work the crew performed and the excellent service and communication provided by Fernando.

It was great. They were great. The level of effort, their attention to detail, and quality were great.

Fernando Castillo was very responsive throughout the remodel. He was very good to work with. Kudos to painter Cruz, electrician Lalo, and carpenter Baltazar for their work.

It went well

It was fairly quick without any problems.

My experience with Fernando Castillo and his men was outstanding. First, he was responsive from the initial contact. We met to discuss the project and he promptly prepared an estimate that was fair and reasonable. We agreed upon a start date and time and he and his crew were right on time. I appreciated Fernando's reminder call the previous day. He continued that courtesy with daily face to face meetings, telephone calls, or frequent texts. Fernando's communication with me was excellent.

The job encompassed some demolition, flooring installation, matching, refinishing, carpentry, electrical, grout and tile work. It was all done in a timely manner with no wasted motion, All members of Fernando's team were professional and really took pride in doing a good job. I will definitely use Fernando for future projects. I cannot recommend his services more highly.

We can't say enough good things about Fernando and his team of professionals! They did a great job on the finish out of a 400 sf addition to our house, as we enclosed an attached garage. Previously, we had the worst experience with two other contractors (not from Angie's List) and were desperate for good quality work and professionalism since we have a newborn at home and needed to get this project done.

Fernando knocked it out on budget and right on schedule. His bid was detailed and fair. He and his crews were there on site every day for about 3 weeks, which was so nice when so many other contractors try and balance a bunch of jobs and show up every 4 days. He would tell me what they are working on and then would execute it with a high degree of quality. My wife was thrilled - and if she is happy, I am happy! All of his guys seemed very capable. We were particularly impressed with his carpenter - who made custom cabinets, a desk and a large bookshelf very quickly - all turned out great.

We definitely plan on using Fernando again for future projects, and would highly recommend him to others.

Fernando was excellent. His crews were always on time and did quality work. As the scope of the project was much larger than just framing, we ended up using Fernando's contacts for kitchen and bar cabinets and other trades as well.
Mr Castillo and his crew did an amazing job. He was responsive via text when I had questions. His crew showed up on on time and finished when they said they would. The cost was exactly what he quoted us - no hidden costs or addons at the end. The bookshelf is fantastic, we had his carpenter match an existing bookshelf and it looks like it was built by the same person - exactly what we wanted. The cabinet is also beautiful. The electrician, granite guys, painters - everyone did excellent work.
Once we are done painting the house (DIY-style), we are going to call Mr. Castillo back to talk about the kitchen. Definitely going to use his company again and would recommend it highly to others.
Mr. Castillo is very visionary and was instrumental in the shaping of the initial project design. He has wonderful ideas and is extremely enthusiastic and passionate about his work. He is very communicative and responsive and informs us at all times the status of the project and what to expect. The quality of the work is excellent and we are extremely pleased with the outcomes of both projects he did for us. The master suite is not quite finished but we are down to the finishes and everything to this point is in order and gorgeous. The project called for several inspections for framing, electrical, plumbing, heat and air. The framers did a magnificent job and and had the structure up and protected in two weeks. All inspections have been passed with hardly any issues.
My husband and I would highly recommend Mr. Castillo to anyone embarking upon a remodeling project. He listens and is very responsive to the customer's needs. Although we did not take other bids for this project his pricing on our previous project was very competitive as I did take a couple of other bids. It was a fairly big project but it is nearing completion. I would not hesitate to use him for other projects. We love working with Mr. Castillo!
