Mike was responsive and good. He canceled the first appointment because there was a problem with staffing the store. However, he called before he was scheduled to be at our home and apologized. He also rescheduled the appointment. We agreed to a new time and he showed up, measured the carpet quickly and gave us a price. He was willing to negotiate a fair price based on the other quote we had received. The sales people and installers worked pretty well together. The installers accommodated us and arrived exactly when promised. There were ample men to move furniture and work quickly. Good experien
