The young man that did the work was very professional, and he did a terrific job.

My husband had been sick since the beginning of the year and since he couldn't help me, I could no longer paint. My husband passed so I decided to hire someone to do interior painting (living room and kitchen). I was very impressed with Chad's eagerness as a young man starting out and was quite confident of his ability to paint. My mistake. He finished the work today, but I was so frustrated to the sloppiness of cutting in at the ceiling, paint on the woodwork and leaving many missed spots, not to mention that he thought he was doing good by painting heavily that I now have dried paint dribbles on the wall. I didn't have the heart to tell him I wasn't happy. I just paid him and out of my nervousness I even said "if I need more painting done, I'll remember you". Chad has a good drive but he needs lots more experience. FOLLOW UP: The more I looked, the madder I got-after all, I paid good money for this so I phoned Chad and expressed my dissatisfaction of his work. He asked to be able to come back and fix any problems.The original painting was done with a satin finish (my choice) so when I called Chad, I told him that I felt that so many areas were missed that a whole new coat would be appropriate. He said ok. I called him later that evening and asked that the new coat be flat instead of satin so less “mistakes” would show. He agreed. He came the next day and brought another person with him, and I immediately got the impression that this second person knew MUCH more about painting than Chad did. It wasn't until that the end of the day with the second worker that I realized that many of the missed spots were just painted over (instead of painting the entire wall). I pointed out to Chad that painting flat over satin meant doing the whole wall. His helper didn't realize that the first coat of paint was satin. So even the couple of walls that he painted entirely he didn't paint all the way down to the baseboard or all the way up to the ceiling. Now I have satin at the top, flat in the middle, and satin at the bottom. I am SO frustrated. FOLLOW UP: CASTLE CLEANERS: More specifically, CHAD: You can't even remember what actually happened! You left that day saying you were done. I called you and complained about your sloppy dribbles on the woodwork, horrible cutting in job on the ceiling, runs/drips on the wall and I didn't even mention but will now about the 1/2 gallon of paint that I paid for that your spilled on my wood flooring! You asked that I give you a chance to make things right, I agreed, and you had no problem at all when I asked that the second coat be flat because YOU SAID YOU WOULD REPAINT ALL WALLS AGAIN COMPLETELY! Don't be saying that you refused and how dare you say you came back to fix a “few” problems! I TOOK PICTURES SO IF ANYONE CARES TO SEE HOW BAD OF A PAINT JOB THIS COMPANY DID EACH TIME, FEEL FREE TO CONTACT ME. They were VERY polite & respectful.They cleaned up after themselves & put everything back in place.
