"It is difficult to respond to a fabricated post from someone that showed so much instability during the project. The best response we can offer is the verifiable facts. Across 4 months, we received text messages of satisfaction FROM RENEE about our work: ?Bryan, we are so happy with your bathroom (Nov 2, 2019)??We will keep you in mind for further projects? (Nov 4, 2019)??Thanks and we very much enjoy the master bath and your exquisite work (Mar 6, 2020)Thanks for your continuous great business(Mar 4, 2020). Now suddenly, Renee claims she is unhappy. Her post references the ?cheapest? bath tub and bath tub faucet. She picked both of them out. She's upset about not having pull-out shelves and flip-out drawers in her vanity, but these were HER concessions to stay within HER established budget. SHE alone designed her vanity. Her complaint doesn't make any sense. Bewildered by her post, we contacted her and (1) explained retroactively installing pull-out shelves won't work because they won't fit part of her cost saving concession to exclude the pull-out shelves included the savings of not needing to move her vanity plumbing to accommodate, (2) offered to purchase and install hinges on her drawers and install the outlet plates she likes, at no cost to her. She refused. We told her we would replace her brass colored outlet covers, at our cost, that were inadvertently disposed ? she wrote ?Thank you for your kind message. I already had one outlet frame leftover and reordered the other 2 ? so let's forget about that small issue? (March 4, 2020). In her post, she says I have not heard from them since. That's odd, because we exchanged multiple messages after March 4, including one message where Renee asked for more work: Once you come for the final check we could discuss the next bathroom project? (Mar 6, 2020). She posts we are fast to get his check but in that same text on March 6, she asks us to come for the final check?. Even after her negative post, she still has not given us the check ? we would love to be fast to collect on her unpaid balance. It would be unprofessional to go into detail about Renee's behavior and the issues we experienced during the project. Her post is shockingly unfair, untrue, and unwarranted. We appreciate her husband being a buffer during this project and for expressing his apologies for her behavior."
