Had a very refreshing positive experience with Matt from Castle Electric. He was prompt, very polite and engaging. He explained who he was, his background and that he d be doing an initial safety walk through noting anything that might need attention. I saw this as a legitimate way to drum up future business. I was glad to have him do it so that I could anticipate some things needed attention . Matt installed my Ring device quickly and tested it plus helped me set it up on the phone. It was a very complete and professional experience. I highly recommend the business!!!

Matt was great. Explained what was going on very well and was very thorough in explaining our options and what each one meant.

Josiah Campbell came and installed my ceiling fan, couldn't be more pleased, he is checked everything in the house after the install.

I had a wonderful experience with Castle Electric. Eoin and his partner were outstanding. They were punctual, professional, thoughtful, and treated my home with great care. They carefully covered my furniture, worked neatly, answered all of my questions, and paid close attention to every detail throughout the installation. The finished work is beautiful, and it is clear they take great pride in their craftsmanship. It is refreshing to work with professionals who are not only highly skilled but also kind, respectful, and conscientious. I highly recommend Castle Electric and would gladly hire them again.

Matt was excellent. He explained to me the problem and I was able to understand what I had done wrong. I think I have found the electrician I needed. I will come back if I have any other concerns.

Joe and Bryan arrived on time, surveyed the work, provided an estimate which I accepted and then began the job. They were respectful and professional all of the time they were working. They completed the job and cleaned up. Nice crew, glad they were able to get the work done and it was the day before Thanksgiving. Our new lights in the kitchen/dining room brighten the room. Lisa and apprentice arrived early and got right to work. The job was not as straight forward as I had believed. After much study, Lisa developed a plan and executed it to perfection. There was excellent team work and no wasted effort or time. The result was great and even though they used contractor supplied parts, they honored their original price. At the end, they thoroughly tested their installation and did a great job in cleaning the area. A light fixture had been dropped and they volunteered to replace it if there was any problem with it (there wasn't). Overall, I was very satisfied with all aspects of this job.

Showed up for the estimate on time. Gave a reasonable price and I hired them. Showed up to do the work an hour late, but got the job done in less than an hour. Besides the slight tardiness, no complaints.

My job was completed the same day hired. I'm completly happy with the work and would definitly hire them again if the need arises. Will highly recommend to friends and family. wonderful job.

They took considerably longer to do the work than even the most pessimistic estimates they provided. When the smoke alarms they installed began going off for no reason, they failed to fix the problem for several months (and *still* have not). The entire *point* of the project was to prevent our electrical circuits from blowing out, and they still do quite frequently.

Castle Electric were on time, did a great job, would hire them again.

The quoting process was great - the quote was very thorough. The work was excellent, if a bit slower than anticipated.
