"This service was scheduled for Saturday December 17th, 2016. We are closed Saturdays but made an exception to help this customer out. Nature decided to send us a blizzard that day. With 14+ inches of snow on the ground my crew could not make it. As we are closed on Saturdays no one was in the office to field his calls. Our crew was supposed to call this client to let him know that we needed to reschedule but they neglected to. I learned on Monday Dec 19th that they had not contacted him so I reached out to apologize, offered to reschedule and offered to discount the rescheduled service. This person responded, threatening me that he would leave a negative review unless I gave him a free cleaning. I refuse to work with people who manipulate the review system to get free things (people who do this are what is wrong with the whole review system. If we did something deserving of a permanent negative public record, you should create one. Holding something over our head and threatening to go public unless he gets something free is literally blackmail.) so I black listed him in our system and invited him to leave us negative reviews. He left this identical review on Google. Happy to forward his email chain if you'd like to see it for yourself. We miss VERY few services (and can provide dozens or even hundreds of references), but when we do need to reschedule we'll always reach out to discuss a solution. The issue here was that we booked it on a day when our office is closed. I do still feel bad that the crew did not contact this member, but the way he handled the situation was inhuman, disrespectful, manipulative and he should be ashamed. 720-446-6328"
