Outstanding experience overall I would highly recommend people to hire this company if you need gutters. very honest and professional.

I highly recommend Castle Gutters, LLC for gutter and downspout repairs. Ramiro was extremely friendly and accommodating. He cleaned a gutter and elbow that needed cleaning, reattached a couple of downspouts that the wind had blown off the third floor of my home and also secured a downspout that had detached from a brick wall on the first floor level. In fact, he discovered and showed me several problems that I wasn't even aware of and indicated that the initial gutter installer hadn't installed the gutters properly and that the metal gutter straps were on top of the roof tiles instead of beneath the roof tiles. He professionally took care of all the problems that I had and at a very reasonable price.

They did not actually fix the main leaking problems I hired them for, but, instead, focused on some secondary adjustments. The leaks were not even sealed the first time they came out, and i had to call them back. Even then, the leaking is as bad as before. Corners should have been disassembled, cleaned and resealed instead of just putting sealant over dirty, dried existing sealant.

Customer service, communication and coordination were excellent and, with respect on-site work - Professional, prompt and courteous with a an obvious pride in his work, Ramiro Castillo was a pleasure to work with. We received a competitive estimate for cleaning and, for an agreed upon additional amount, Mr. Castillo remedied multiple failings in our gutter/drainage system. Our family will be turning to Castle Gutters again for future work, assuming we can secure time with the family owned, fully insured company... even my neighbor grabbed Mr. Castillo to perform some repair work before he was able to end his workday. :)

Today's experience with Castle Gutters is by far the best company I've hired in my nearly 2 decades here. He was punctual, courteous, clearly experienced and efficient. He showed me what was wrong and the solution. He put all previous gutter cleaners to shame. I am grateful I chose Castle Gutters instead of the one that gives you no notice as to when they are coming!
