I have never in my life experienced such a nightmare as working with this unprofessional and fraudulent contractor. Bill Griffiths caused nearly $100k of damage and we are forced to now take him to court. He built a cabana for our pool and due to shoddy workmanship, it has been leaking badly ever since. There are thousands of dollars of numerous other problems due to his lack of professional standards. He also filed fraudulent insurance and business license that he had no right to use. His first attempt to fix this massive leak was to spray Flex Seal at the termination point of the leak yes you read that right. Then he tried other cosmetic solutions instead of fixing the root of the problem and this is on new construction. Now, we are left with $90k+ in damage, going into the winter, a year after we started what should have been a straightforward project. This has been also very stressful for my entire family. I hope that others can prevent themselves from such a nightmare.
