They never call back. And when they do they just tell you how to fix it. Do not use this company! Mark has an excuse for everything!

After the completion of the job, I noticed that they did not grout around the shower and caulk under the windows. I called mark the owner let him know of the problems, ha said he would get back to me the next day, he has never called. I called the tile installer and asked what brand the almond caulking was so if I did it , it would match. He never called back either. I do not know why I received no response since I paid an up front amount and the full amount when the job was completed.

Not only did Mark Voris, from Caslte, build a beautiful addition to our front deck ( in a very specific style to match the house ), but he also did a wonderful job patching several areas of our flat roof! ( We have had no leaks this winter! ). He was also very timely about his responses and even sent pictures of his work so we could see it while we were away. The work was thorough and even artful and was completed when he said it would be. I WILL hire him again in the future. Highly recommend.
