Mark and his helper showed up on time the next day and we found out what the problem was and I feel that he was honest and fair and his customer service was good and he did not try to sell me something that I did not need at that point in time. Mark and Tim came same night as my call to check on our central air conditioning unit which was not coming on. After looking at some possibilities for the problem, they determined we had a defective thermostat, which they replaced on the spot at no charge since Castle had done the install on our furnace and central air. We have used their plumbing, heating and cooling services several times now and been extremely pleased each time. They work very hard to make sure the job is right and Castle's prices are very reasonable. We will continue to hire them for all of our plumbing, heating and cooling needs!
