We had our roof done by Castle Roofing done 2 weeks ago. Everything went very smooth and everyone was very professional. I highly recommended Castle Roofing.

Excellent warranty service. Castle Roofing replaced my roof in Rockport about 7 years ago, and did an excellent job. Recently, a contractor working at my property on another project mentioned that they saw tiles lifting near the roof line. I called Castle Roofing, left a message, and immediately received a call back from the owner who agreed to go out to the property to inspect the roof. After promptly responding to my home, the owner inspected the roof and found that there were no issues with lifting tiles. I truly appreciate the quick response to my concerns, and the peace of mind that it provided.

I have to say I was skeptical at first reading the reviews, but Castle does a fabulous job! I got a little antsy as it took awhile to get the job done but because they are a great company-they watched the weather carefully and would not start until the rain forecast was favorable. They answered all my texts even tho I was probably a pain in the neck wanting to get the roof started. My roof is done and looks fantastic! The crew was friendly, respectful, professional and went above and beyond. They make sure and replace all wood that is rotted or questionable before roofing. They want to do the best job possible instead of hurrying just to complete job. They not only clean up when the job is done, they clean up daily after being on the hot roof and working hard they still run the magnet and sweep or use the blower before going home. They show up exactly on time and get straight to work and do not fool around -it is non stop working. Castle did get my insurance company to pay for the roof, minus the deductible. I would definitely recommend Castle Roofing. They did a complete roof for me not just repairs.

We had such a great experience with Castle. They replaced our gabled shingle roof as well as 3 flat roofs, and did a fantastic job! We had storm damage, and they worked with our homeowners insurance to get it done. The guys who did the work were polite, professional, and thorough, and our rep Bob was very attentive and helpful. I've already recommended them to several friends and will continue to do so!

I would not use them again and I have been in the construction business since 1968. That should tell you something.

I had previously written a negative review based on my experience. The owner reached out to me personally and within 1 week had everything completed to my satisfaction. The issue was the final repair work that was never completed but Jim made sure that everything that I had been promised had been fulfilled. That is great customer service!

I hired Paul to do my roof plus interior damage, was told the work will be done by 11/11/19, did not start, my insurance cancelled and I had to get it reinstated, I was told that they would sent me the amount for the roof and never did, the work that was done in the house is terrible, this has been going on since July 2019, keep promising and never following thru. If you sign a paper that they get the money from insurance company they will take the money from insurance company but not complete the work.

They hire great sales men to get your business....they just hire crappy people to actually do the work. No follow up after 60 days of cashing the check...still waiting! No final inspection to see if I'm satisfied or even to see if the job is completed.. Took total advantage of a single woman who knows nothing about roofing. I'm not disputing the cost...I'm disputing the horrible service I am STILL receiving or rather not receiving!

We had Castle Roofing do our roof. They told my neighbor and I that if they got an independent appraiser that they would cover our deductible, they got that independent, our appraisal was over $24,000. They did the roof, it leaks by all the gutters as they did not have the roof go to the gutters. They did the interior of my neighbors house and had overspray throughout the whole house. Never came out to check. We have NEVER seen Castle Roofing check the home roof or pick up after themselves. We gave them the first check $12600 (bad mistake) they are now suing my insurance company for $30000. Our insurance companies attorney has 11 open suits from Castle Roofing. They are rotten people, not true to their word. Bad job in neighborhood. Have told our entire HOA over 10,00 homes. Please do yourself a favor and do not use them.

Charged over $35,000 for an asphalt shingle roof-no replacement materials,no flat roof, no hurricane protection-just to install the roof for approximately 1,900 square feet. The roof was installed in one day and is fine but I can;t believe Home Advisor would indorse these over charges.
