They scheduled us right away, came on time, worked quickly and professionally, respected our need for social distancing, and even picked up a new faucet and disposal cover for us and installed everything excellently the next day! We couldn t be more pleased with their work and service! They went out of their way to be accommodating and to help us. They deserve an A+++ rating!

Right from the start and throughout the entire project Castle did an outstanding job communicating. They asked questions and offered suggestions for resolving our plumbing project. Prior to their arrival I asked for some additional work, which Rick came prepared and took care of everything in one visit. Rich showed up on time, shared insights on how to save money, and quickly took care of each project. We had one minor issue with the plumbing after Rich left and he returned promptly the next morning to resolve the issue. We wish we had found Castle Services prior to now as they are efficient and communicate well, which we have not found with any previous contractors. Great Job!

Rich and Janie did an amazing job of cleaning 30+ windows in my 1801 farmhouse, that had not been cleaned in over a decade. They jumped right in and took on the challenge, and did a great job for a reasonable price. They also identified problems (e.g., broken storms, rotting wood) and connected me to another professional to address them. Highly recommended!

They did not respond to our HomeAdvisor request. However, when we called, they returned our message. They came and performed the job as established. They were very professional and fair. We will keep them in mind for future jobs.

Castle Services made the trip to my home within 24 hours of my call, and in a snow storm, to help fix some plumbing that required me to turn off all water in my home. They were polite, on time, and professional and I'd recommend them to anyone.
