After a 4 1/2 HOUR salesman visit, I did not get what I was told I was getting. The first installer they used did a terrible job, so they sent a second installer out, which did better, but still not correct. Door frame kept moving in the opening in the wall. Wood around striker plate split, making plate loose. They fixed by putting longer screws in! Wood jam is still split!! Door does not close tight. It is not placed in the correct place for drywall to match up to it on inner wall. Asked them to move the door so it would match up with drywall, and they refused. Supposed to have lifetime warranty, but they have told me i no longer have a warranty because my contractor that was re-modeling that room said he had to move it. He ended up NOT moving it, and I still dont have a warranty, and it looks like crap. The whole door install looks like crap. Over $4000 wasted!!!! DO NOT USE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
