ZVL removed an old deck and built a new one in it's place. We're very happy with our new deck--very solid and we'll made. Ivan, the owner, is a decent and honest guy; he is nice to work with.

Ivan is the owner of ZVL Contracting company, and he is very personable and easy to work with. Two of his employees Niko and Juan completed the work on my Pavillion. The work included framing walls, installing 6 windows a storm door and finishing both the exterior and interior walls. From scratch Niko created a beautiful frame for my Octogon (36"x36") window which included at least 6 different types of real wood, a real work of art. Niko and Juan craftsmenship and attention to detail is the best I have seen in a long time. Both my wife and I are very, very pleased with the final completed project. I will be hiring Ivan's company again for any and all future projects and repairs. His company does it all-electrial, masonary, plumbing just to name a few. We are extremely satisfied with the quality of work and his employees were very polite and answered any and all questions. Great company you can trust to do quality work!

We got Ivan through Angi to replace a 100 year old plaster ceiling in our entryway and stairs. We got a great result, at a great price.

All the guys that were on the ZVL contracting team were awesome! Very polite and were great!! They did a great job replacing the entire front porch and ceiling below the porch. This was done to a classic "Upside Down House" that is very old. They used pressure treated water resistant wood. I could go on and on with the great remarks but to make it simple give them a call and you wont be sorry!!! Here are before and after. We haven't put the light cherry stain on it yet, that will wait till after winter.

I hired ZVL Contracting to do a complete renovation and update of our deck. But when we opened the floorboards there were a lot of problems with the beams. The contractor fixed everything and finished the job as promised.
