Castro Stoneworks expertly and expeditiously tackled two projects for us while overcoming challenges of elevation and existing natural and man-made structures. The end result exceeded our expectations! 1. Our front porch was reworked with stacked stone risers and bluestone deck, and tied into an existing brick walkway and hill. 2. In the back yard, our old wood deck was replaced with a 16'x22' bluestone patio and stoop, with stacked stone wall perimeter. We had to contend with a hill and irremovable tree stump. From the initial contact to completion of the project, our experience with Carlos and his team was professional and thorough. We collaborated on design, visited the stone yard for the right stone, and coordinated schedules. Both jobs were completed neatly, on time, and on budget. Carlos Castro is a true artisan who is passionate about the form, function, and quality of each phase of the project. He communicated concerns and provided creative solutions to the inevitable obstacles that present themselves in a project. In addition to the integrity of the work, he truly wants the customer to be happy. This attention to detail and commitment to quality and service was clearly carried out by his team. Carlos is the name of the owner. He is very honest and friendly. All of the workers were very friendly and clean. My property was left just the way they said it would be. No mess and No surprises. I am so happy with the way everything came out. We actually had them redo our stoop in stone which came out beautiful. We used Castro Stoneworks for all of our pavers around our new pool, and our patio. They were beyond professional, so easy to work with, and most of all they understood exactly what we were looking for. They made this stressful time so much less stressful. Their work is phenomenal to the point professional workers have been in our backyard and have questioned who did the pavers because they were put in perfectly. They definitely went above and beyond. For example, our steps for the patio leading out from our sliding glass doors had to be handmade by them. They are absolutely perfect. In addition to the quality of their work their prices are very reasonable and we have since recommended to them to several of our friends.

I have used Castro Stoneworks, Inc. for many projects at my house in Huntington. Our first project was over 10 years ago, and since their work is so well done , we have had multiple family members and friends who have used them as well. Carlos is fair and reasonable. Castro Stoneworks was amazing to work with. My wife and I had major stone and brick work done on our home in Smithtown that included a pool patio, fire pit, outdoor kitchen, multiple walk ways and front entranceway. We used brick and blue stone throughout and it looks amazing. Of all the trades we had work on our home, Castro Stoneworks was the best. The design work is outstanding.
