Very prompt and quick to communicate. The work was finished on time and was exactly what we needed and expected--Quality was on point. Pleased with the work. This was my mother's house, so they had the added issue of communicating with me (out of state) and my siblings to get the work done.

Not only did they repair what was damage due to a water break, we asked them to redo our main bathroom. They were on time everyday, clean and professional. It took longer then expected but can't really complain because they did a fantastic job!

Response and proving bid were quick. Job was delayed by weather, but quickly done when it was started. I had also asked Servicemagic about cleaning moss from roof, but no recommendation was provided. When I told Catastrophe this, they said they could do that too. They did a good job and cleaned up before leaving.
