Great! The staff was friendly and professional. They were out the same as the phone call. Their visit was successful. They caught most of the racoons but still have 3 more to go

First, let me say this - I don?t like to give a negative feedback. I would prefer to stay silent. That being said - They were prompt in responding to the initial request. However, I thought they skimped on the topical spray job for the first step; they also skimped with the granules they applied a few days later. Then I was told they would place at least 3 Sonar repellants but only 2 were placed. Each time I enquired about the limited materials being used for the job I was told how expensive these things cost. I DON?T CARE! I was quoted a figure for them to do the job and I had to write a check for the full amount up front. I did not squeal or complain. I paid it. So I did not expect to hear how expensive the items cost and why you were using a limited amount of material. I have checked on Amazon and the cost was not prohibitive. A bag of granules cost around $40. A four pack of Sonar repellant costs $30. They only placed 2 for a 10000 Square foot property. Not very happy. Sigh!!!! Customer never wins! We can never come out ahead! So sad!!!

Critter doing the major damage was never caught. Other smaller ones were. Extra free nights allowed. Company leaned over backwards to work with me to make it right.

Rich came out immediately and resolved our snake problem. He was very knowledgeable and explained the process from start to finish. We will be using these guys again if needed.

If you need to remove pigeons from your property this is the company. Spent a lot of money on odds and ends to rid of the pigeons but this company did it in 2 weeks. I would not hesitate to recommend this company for your bird problem. Ned fleming

Rich did an excellent, job. He replied to my request within an hour and came out same day on a Sat to assess the sound I heard in our attic. He caught the rat and removed it and then sealed up the attic so nothing could get in. 4 months later, we’ve had no other issues. He was professional and knowledgeable in his field. I would highly recommend him to friends and family.

He went to the house the same day that I called and set several traps. A raccoon and a possum were removed from the property over the next week and the perimeter was sprayed with an organic repellent. His prices were competitive and I feel I received premium service. I hired catch a critter to come out and take care of/trap an animal, turned out to be a raccoon, that I heard rummaging around in my attic. I was pleasantly surprised by the prompt communication and the urgency they had to alleviate my stress and offer a solution. I called, they came, and within the next few days the raccoon was trapped and humanely removed. It was just an overall excellent experience with this company! I recommend a thousand times over!
