Catch A Critter

I WOULD GIVE THIS SCAMMING COMPANY 0 STARS! On January 29, 2026, I paid for wildlife removal services with the understanding that the issue at my home would be handled professionally and completely. Once I received my contract I sent Daniel W Hall (the owner) of $ 312payment via cash app. He came once to my home and placed the trap onto the balcony. I told him that where he placed the trap would not be able to collect the raccoons that are terrorizing my property. He then came back and tried to create a trap that immediately fell off once he left. I then called him back to express the unsafely of all of this (please keep in mind it is sharp wire falling onto my driveway and cars with kids in the home). He continually told me he was on other jobs till one day I finally thought the raccoon was trapped by getting stuck into the roof because there was no trap to catch it. I frantically called Daniel Hall to come and collect the raccoon that was hanging from my roof. He took 3-4 hours.

Take up the raccoon holes closed up and took the raccoon out!

They said I might have a rodent int the attic. They put up a trap. They came to check trap NOT when they said they would. Never caught anything and tried to sell me a bunch of other services.. I demanded my money back. I did get it thanks to my credit card service.

Did not show up when they said they would. Problem was not solved. I still have all four traps which they never even bothered to pick up.

The tech was very informative and explained everything in detail along with the steps to be taken. They worked hard and got the job done.

Can't complain. The guys who came out were excellent.

Cost was expensive to catch two squirrels in basement. Trapping of the rodents was efficient.

Great price for great work!

Friendly and timely. Very expensive for the job. I has a mouse in the garage. I was concerned that it and other could penetrate the house. The tech did a thorough job of checking for evidence. None found. Traps placed and i guess that's where the costs really comes in. I would've appreciated an estimate of each trap before they were laid. And I learned later that the traps, a small block mass, should've been housed in box instead of exposed. Anyway, no mice.

The owner and his son were very courteous and professional. However a young man working with the owner's son did not do a good job at all. The owner's son worked diligently and thoroughly on the project at hand. The young worker accompanying him did very little and after later investigation, I found that the work he (the worker) completed was shoddy, very badly done and has to be redone in the spring. The owner's son did an excellent job and well represents his father and the company.

Seem to be a bit expensive but they were the only ones out of the choices Home Adviser gave me who responded to my original request for a quote. They did seem to solve the problem. Did get a 2 year warranty so if the issue reoccurs I will hold them to it. (If it does reoccur it will probably after the weather warms up again)

They did their job and caught the critters.

The representative was prompt, called an hour before he was due to let me know he would be a few minutes late. He was very polite, courteous, wore covers over his shoes. Showed us exactly where, why and what he was doing. The price is very reasonable. We are going to sign up for the twice a year check-up.

Still working on the problem, to this point I would recommend this company. Very receptive of my questions/concerns.

It was difficult to get in touch with them to provide payment. But the job was done in a professional way. The price was a bit high but worth it

Was paid to exterminate for bees and remove the hive. Extermination was fine, did not come back when promised to remove the hive and are not responding to my phone calls.
