Everything you look for in a pest control company! Responsive, knowledgeable, professional, caring, reassuring and efficient. All that and more for a very fair price. Very different form his fear mongering, ultra expensive or totally unresponsive competitors, Brendan went the extra mile to make sure that my problems were solved. He answered all my questions with great patience. He removed a bird nest and installed spikes, disinfected and cleaned up everything and sprayed insecticide. Bird mites roblem solved! He also helped me with a water bug issue post neighbor apartment remodeling. Also problem solved! He did it all with compassion and hand-holding for my poor phobic self. I am very grateful for having found him and gave his info to my neighbors. I hope I will never have to call him again for his services but if I do, it is nice to know that there is someone I can count on.
