"We are disappointed to see you were not satisfied with the work. We set the posts in the exact location of the previous posts. It seemed to be apparent that the gate latch did not meet before our arrival just based off the positioning of the posts. The material was rusted, but if you wanted new material some could have absolutely been purchased for you. We were under the impression upon us leaving that you were satisfied with the job that was done. And we guarantee our work, we'll return for no additional charges to make the fence latch meet."
