This man was fast, professional, and did a great job. Needed a roof patch and he did a great job at a very fair price. I highly recommend Cathcart.

I am completely convinced all positive reviews posted for this guy are fake. Our biggest mistake ever hiring this guy. He does not even know how to hang a door frame. Admitted upon bidding the job that he would have to hire an electrician because hes not licensed but ended up trying to save a buck for himself and did the wiring. Now my water softener is connected to a light switch. We are now over six months trying to get this guy to come out and correct the bad drywall hanging, and to correct the wall in a lower level bathroom that was put up right behind toilet plumbing, disallowing us to install the toilet. Hes a complete amateur. Maybe a small job is up this guys alley but do not go anywhere near him for a remodel or basement finishing job. Be warned.

Will definitely hire Greg again. He replaced our toilet, replaced our vanity and sink and rebuilt and tiled our bathroom floor. Very prompt, professional and FAST. I thought this project would take at least 2 days and he was done in one. And totally cleaned up the mess. Totally trusted him and am happy I found him, we are seniors and can't do the maintenance any more. It's a relief to know I have someone to help us.

Greg was very prompt, courteous and skilled. I had several smaller projects lumped into one job involving bringing my elevated deck into code by fastening it with bolts to the house wall, reinforced stairs so there is no movement as you go up or down, repaired lower trim around door leading from kitchen to the outside deck. Replaced trim around garage doors that had weathered and started to rot. He also ensured the area was totally picked up and cleaned. I will definitely hire him again for future work.

Greg was punctual for our project. The quality of material used and work performed was exceptional. As this was a two person project. It took Greg two days to complete our particular project, a little longer than what we expected. However, we were greatly satisfied with the finish product.

The guy does not know as much as he thinks he knows.

Greg did timely, exceptional work on my drywall and baseboards in the basement. He worked around my availability which was commendable. It was nice to have someone who cleans up afterwards. No job messes.
