"Unfortunately, your allegations are not accurate whatsoever. By no means did we take advantage of you or any homeowner for that matter during a horrific event. It is unfortunate that you feel posting a negative review that is completely fabricated to justify you in not paying for a new roof. Contractors who provide a service are to get paid for that product. It has been 9 months with not one good faith payment, or your deductible payment. This is after you admitted to spending your deductible on a new air conditioner rather than paying your contractor. All contractors have the right to collect payment when services are provided."
