We contacted Catherines Carpenter for drywall, texture repair, and paint after removing our kitchen fluorescent light boxes. Joe came out and gave us a quote and 2 day timeline for completing the work. Fast forward 4 days later the work was still not finished and unsatisfactory. I asked Joe what is the hold up with completing the work he said this is the first time he has patched an area of this size and he was not able to match the texture on the ceiling. However, during the quote he mentioned he has done this work plenty of times and it would be fairly easy. After day 4 he was suppose to come back out the next day to finish the job, however, he never showed up or called. We called both numbers we have for them and left messages and emailed them with no response. Now we are stuck with a horrible paint job and 3 big patches on our ceiling from several attempts to texture the drywall. Worst experience ever and very unprofessional. I would not recommend their services to anyone.
