"So sorry that the ladies didn't meet your expectations. Your client watched the ladies while they cleaned. He apologized to the ladies that they had to work hard since his house has never been cleaned. You only want a limited time since you are paying, but he wanted detailed and more time cleaning. He started screaming and complaining when you arrived. He knew that kitchen lady only used dish soap and water to get the sticky food on the counter. How can a dish soap and water ruin the granite counter? We have so much respect for you since one of the clients recommended you for our real estate needs."

They did not meet my expectation. Very disappointed. Since they came my microwave oven does not work correctly, I have had to re-vacuum, due to the smell left by the vacuum they used. Many things that I was told they would do were not done.

"The Lead asked the owner to check their work before they left. Stayed for 3 hrs for 3 ladies. She checked it. The whole house has never been cleaned for years . We informed her that we will try to get the water stain on the shower. Bathroom ceiling is full of molds. Kitchen cabinets are filthy. She said the ladies did a wonderful job as a whole but missed wiping switches & doors. Called and talked to her that the ladies are coming back. I told her before she can tell the ladies anything she wants them to do, but she said she did want to interrupt them cuz they are working hard."

I realized that a two story home had become a bit hard to handle given my age and size of the house. I went into the process not sure I would be comfortable having anyone else in my home in this capacity, even though my children and grandchildren encourged it for the past few years. From the first meeting ,to the completion of the job, everyone involved was friendly, professional and thorough. After the initial cleanup I decided to continue with the service on a bi-weekly basis.

One Time Interior House Cleaning
They came in complaining about the size of the job after estimating it before hand. I had to clean stove and refrig behind them. They left cobwebs, dirt in door and window tracks, dirty floors for which they told me about a 99 dollar cleaning service. there rags were dingy and I used my own cleaning supplies on stove and refrig. 390 was paid for 4 hrs. and I had to leave. They left soon after and another company came and worked 9 hrs, according to the realtor to get the place ready to rent. 3 wks later Cathy called to see if I wanted to finish the job for an additional 95 dollars per hr. Note they were hired based on a phone call recommendation from Home Advisors. I will cont. posting reviews to warn others.

"Ladies never complained about the job. I told them owner agreed for 4 hrs & after it would be $95 an hour. House was a total mess. She said it would be empty but it was not. Counters and cabinets were filthy with oil and dirt. Sponges weren't moved, shoes were stuck on the floor since it was filled with dirt. We clean, move in/out for 28 yrs, this house is the worst we have seen. If the owner said, the other services took 9 hrs to clean for 3 people which are 27 hours plus 12 hours. There was a person in the house when the ladies were cleaning. If she was not satisfied, she should have not paid the ladies, right? But she did. She didn't call"
