Very nice did not leave a mess

I assumed that their work was under a one-year warranty. Found out I was wrong when the squirrels returned. Their contract is very tricky and in fact there is no warranty with their NWL Nuisance Wildlife Removal program - only with an expensive add-on. They got rid of the squirrels efficiently, but 8 months later they said they could re-do the work for another $800 with a useless one-month warranty. Be VERY careful.

Their trapping methods used for the base package effort are primitive; they used simple wooden mouse traps and set 100 around my house. I paid $900 for the base package and was signed up for their platinum package (approx $80 a month)-- but, they literally caught 3 baby mice at the end the base 2 weeks. I asked for a refund, but was told they would extend the trapping time for me as a first measure. When they caught nothing more and I asked for a refund again, I was told that they had already spent in labor (coming back for that extended time) what I would have received back as a refund. I refused to pay $80 a month for continued services through platinum when they got minimal results for my initial $900. One good thing I can say is that a baby squirrel got caught in my basement, and they immediately sent someone out to trap it for me. Also, customer service was great, but who cares about that when there are no results. All in all, there is not much value in the base package. If you are going to go w/ this company, sign up for the platinum package and expect no results for the initial 2 week effort. I just wished I knew going in to expect this, I would have probably gone with another company that would have tried more advanced techniques up front.

I had woodpecker, carpenter ants and mice. To get rid of all three, I had to sign up for a monthly and now quarterly service -- not cheap but all three pests are no longer a problem.

Steve came to house at the time we agreed. He was professional and answered every question I asked in way I under. The exterminator Will (I think was his name) was excellent; came at expected time each day and took trapped animals away. He made sure screens were properly installed well worth the fee

Will provide great service, showed up when he said he would and provided thorough information on his reports. He was even more helpful when he met him in person and reviewed potential points of entry. He removed our squirrel and plugged the means of entry. We were very lucky to have Will working on our home.

I have not seen an ant since.

Very professional from start to finish. Will was my trapper and did an excellent job. Caught the squirrels and sealed up the entry points. Would recommend Catseye and will use again if needed.

Will was my trapper - he was a hard worker, pleasant to work with, knowledgable and thorough. Trustworthy, optimistic and taught us a lot. He was great to have here. I have not had the house closed up by Catseye done yet so I'll see how the second phase goes

They were on time with the evaluation and upon that visit I hired the company based on the description of the service to remove ants. They also treated for mice and other critters. Great service.

This company went above and beyond to finish my project. At the initial inspection, we thought that birds had gotten into a vent on the outside of my house. It turned out to be squirrels. They had already contracted with me to remove raccoons from another area of my roof and added the squirrels to that. The 5 day trapping program actually took 7 days to finish; no additional fees. They cleaned the infested areas after removing the animals and set up barriers so that other animals would not nest there. Very happy with this company. I would hire them again if the need ever arose.
