Catseye Pest Control

Initial workmen did not come when salesman said they would. Called Catseye and scheduler said salesman does not have capability to schedule service. She rescheduled and workmen came on new date. Dan did great service. They are scheduled to come back in two weeks to complete service.

The workmen were very pleasant, considerate, knowledgeable , and did a good job. Our project was extensive and involved several stages. Communication with management, scheduling, coordination, and follow-up were problematic. This is a fast-growing full-service company that does good work but that is dealing with some growing pains. I would use them again.

Highly professional and thorough. When my contract with the company I am currently under expires I will be signing a contract with them. They went above and beyond.

So far so good. Barrier to be installed Wednesday. Final assessment will have to wait until I see if any more little buddies show up in basement. Tech, Keith was efficient and pleasant.

This project turned out to be the removal of a raccoon family from our chimney. The work was very professionally done. Additional service was ordered at the inspectors suggestion.

The people I dealt with from Tim to Kyle and Brian the tech person where all friendly, and taught me a lot about pests. I only gave 4 stars for price. but I could be wrong., they cvould be same as everyone else. But wasn't sure so gave it 4. bottom line. they will get the job done!!!!!

Everyone in the company has been professional, and performed their jobs well. I would recommend them to anyone who needs the job done correctly, no matter of the cost.

They performed all of the services they said they would in a timely fashion. The price was in line with what they quoted over the phone. Kyle the initial representative that came out was very thorough with his inspection and very personable. He found a way to connect with us and was very helpful.

Hired them to check for a squirrel. Didn't see any signs so the set mouse traps. Charged a lot of money. Over the weekend a Squirrel was in my dining room. They don't come on weekends so I had to hire another company to remove it and pay more money. I did get a partial refund and was told they would come back and see where the squirrel came in as compensation along with the refund but never heard back from them. I did call and left message but no reply. I would not hire them again.

Still working with them, but the initial work they have done has been great. They are very communicative about the steps and schedule.

I read all the reviews before hiring this service, but they were the only service that was willing to accommodate my needs. They are courteous, prompt and truly professional. Keeps you up to date on their progress. Yes, they are expensive, but you get what you pay for and I did and more.

Very responsive on the phone and sent someone out the same afternoon to look at our bird problem. Ended up costing slightly more than we thought but was worth it to know that the birds nest and birds were removed correctly and the professionals were up on the ladders 2/3 stories up instead of us! Our vents our now bird free and replaced with vents that have bird blockers on them all thanks to Catseye! We would definitely recommend them and if we have any other pest control needs in the future they will be the first people we will call.
