From our experience, Christians inability to resolve a minor issue without animosity along with his subsequent lack of professionalism in customer service and communication are the primary reasons we would not recommend this contractor to anyone.

We really needed this experience with Christian to restore our faith in the industry. We had 5 excavators look at our property to resolve drainage issues that we were having. Two of them said they didn't feel comfortable doing the work without getting an engineer involved. The other three came, said it was no problem to do and they would be back to take measurements, and then never showed up again and would not return phone calls. Christian was the only excavator that followed through and really did his best to keep communication with us. We have had one of the wettest and rainiest seasons I can remember- and no flooding after his work was done. The job did take much longer than expected, but that was due to heavy rains that would make the ground unworkable. I don't think there was anything Christian could do about the delays. At one point we were getting concerned about the delays and were thinking of previous times that people in this industry had let us down. I voiced this to Christian and he assured me that "he has never failed someone". He then followed through with everything and really restored our sense of trust in this industry. We learned that there really are good people who are honest and capable through our experience with Christian. His advice on the cosmetic restoration of the property after the drainage work was done was also invaluable. He even took us to our local nursery to help us pick out plants and shrubs that would look good and made sense for the land, upkeep, and sunlight levels.

Total transformation of our backyard patio to a bluestone oasis. Everyone that sees it says it looks like it came out of a magazine. The attention to detail by Christian, Pete and Chris turned our tired backyard into a phenomenal entertaining space. So pleased!

Very professional. Christian provided a detailed estimate for a fairly complex demolition project in terms of the work to be done, the time-frame and the cost. The job entailed gutting a bathroom, a half bathroom and a 750+ square foot basement and removing two trees and pruning two others. He and a small crew of reliable workers completed the work, on time, in under a week. I would not hesitate to use him again and highly recommend him to others.

Christian is really great to work with. They did the work timely and when I asked to add additional services, there was no problem in adding on items. He replaced my pathway and put in pavers as well as cut down numerous trees (also helped me with a runaway snake in my house free of charge). His prices are very reasonable. I couldn't be there when he did the installation so I had to trust him. When I returned home to find all the work done exactly as asked I was really happy. I would highly recommend him.
