“Val Podea and his team did an incredible job! They cleaned my tile floors by hand and foot, and the attention to detail was amazing. After just a few hours the floors look bright and sparkling clean. Very professional and hardworking crew. 5 stars! .”

We had the master bathroom shower, tub and kitchen backsplash caulk replaced. Val and his partner removed and replaced all the caulk and sealed the shower grout in one afternoon. Would highly recommend Caulking Solutions to my family and friends.

In two bathrooms, Val and his assistant removed and replaced cracked and/or molded grout, color sealed it, installed caulking, and installed new tile on shower stall floor. The quality of the work is excellent. It was completed in a timely manner. It was a pleasure meeting Val and I highly recommend his company.

From the initial call to the quote visit to the estimate and finish - he and his team was extremely polite, professional, tidy, timely and did an excellent job caulking/grouting all bathrooms and kitchen in our home while our home is on the market.
