The technician showed my husband the issue we were having under the sink with our piping and fixed it. Finally!! No leaking. The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is because they were a little overbooked and had to push our jobs to a later time.

I think your company is a total RIP OFF! One of your employees came to my house because of a water leak in my half bath. My toilet was cracked and he removed the toilet and took it away. Your employee told me that the part in the floor had to be replaced and that the floor would have to be knocked out to replace the part in the floor that the cost would be over $1,000 or more depending on how long it would take. I told your employee that I could not afford that. I called a different plumber and he fixed my half bath by just replacing the part on the floor and the floor was not touched and it only cost me $100.00. Your company should not be in business treating customers this way!

"We removed the customers cracked toilet that was causing the leak and disposed of it for free. After removing the toilet we noticed that the toilet flange was broken. We then gave an estimate to jackhammer the floor under the toilet only and replace the 3? 90 and toilet flange since they were butted together. The work that was performed by a different plumbing company was not the same work described in our proposal and is considered a temporary repair amongst plumbing professionals. The customer agreed that she declined our proposal yet she still gave us a 1 star review after we didn?t even charge her for the service call."

They keep in contact with you as far as if they are running late from another customer and confirming appointments. They also came within the time frame given. The Reps were friendly and very helpful and knowledgeable with your questions and/or expanded on what you didn't understand. I also used them for our Church and the same service applied.

Work started 2 1/2 years ago due to health issues some work was put off but trying to get this company back out to finish the job was worse than pulling teeth. I have the phone records of the multiple times I called asking for them to come out, they either did not show up or did not bother to return my calls Or when they did show up they did not have the proper equipment to do whatever job they were supposed to be doing that day. Never got my house key back, so I have to re-keyed my house. Had to hire another company to hook up my stove, so I could have a kitchen for Christmas. I have been asking them to do this for two years. The owner is extraordinarily rude and uses foul language when speaking to you. There are plenty of other small businesses you can use that are More professionally run. I do not recommend.
